Attempted circumvention through VPNs or proxies will lead to immediate asset freezing and reporting to international regulatory authorities without warning.
2. Compliance with Local Tax and Cryptocurrency Laws
Cryptocurrency asset monetization and interaction are treated differently under various national legislative frameworks.
Users are 100% solely responsible for: Complying with all native regulatory legislation inside their operational jurisdictions, correctly calculating and declaring yield taxes, fulfilling financial oversight disclosures, and legally authenticating capital streams. OmniBridge assumes no liability for user infractions against local governments.
3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Zero Tolerance
OmniBridge is equipped with robust blockchain analytics logic to flag illicit deposit flows. We enforce a Zero Tolerance Doctrine regarding any illegal behavior mapping.
- Money Laundering or financial masking operations
- Weapons Financing or Terrorism Funding
- Distribution, sale, or funding of Child Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE)
- Narcotics trafficking or unapproved dark-web distributions
Accounts flagged through heuristic interaction with these criminal ledgers will be permanently banned. Our compliance team will actively cooperate with the FBI, Interpol, and global intelligence alliances to trace criminal portfolios.
